Privacy Policy

Generex Consulting ("Generex," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting any personal information you share with us through generex.pro (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices available to you regarding our use of that information.

Generex Consulting is an independent technical consulting practice serving the power generation sector — including nuclear, hydroelectric, geothermal, coal and steam, gas and combined-cycle, and industrial cogeneration facilities. Services are delivered personally by Charles J. Wolfe, BSEE, P.Eng. The Site exists to describe these services, document field experience, and allow prospective clients to make initial contact.

We collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries, deliver services, and operate the Site responsibly.

Power generation facilities are sensitive infrastructure. We understand that any technical details, photographs, OEM correspondence, failure data, drawings, or operational information you share may be commercially sensitive, client-sensitive, or both. We treat all client and prospective-client technical information as confidential by default, regardless of whether a formal non-disclosure agreement is in place. Where requested, we are pleased to sign a client's standard NDA before any substantive technical exchange.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers — with vendors who help operate the Site and our business (web hosting, email service, analytics, accounting, scheduling). These providers are bound to use the information only for the services they provide to us.
  • Professional advisers — with our legal, tax, insurance, and accounting advisors as reasonably required.
  • Legal requirements — when disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Generex, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to confidentiality protections.
  • With your consent — in any other case, only with your prior consent.

Generex serves clients across more than two hundred territories. Your information may be processed in countries other than the one you reside in, including countries where data protection laws may differ from those in your home jurisdiction.
